Handling Policy

We understand how anxious our customers are to receive their packages as quickly as possible. Here at SPD Custom Grips we take our service practices seriously and try to provide a positive experience for our customers. As stated previously all our grips are hand crafted by us, this process begins with acrylic sheets and ends with inspections and packaging. Due to the large number of grips we carry and variety of artwork available it would be next to impossible to keep these in stock.

We offer a three day turnaround excluding weekends and holidays and we ship within 24 hours of the USPS shipping label being created. Turnaround times may vary due to high rate of volume especially during the Holiday Season. Shipping times during a particular day may also vary due to volume of product being made on that day. For example, orders received on Tuesday afternoon to midafternoon Wednesday are prepped for Thursday's production and shipped at the completion of that production day. Orders placed Thursday afternoon to Monday morning are prepped on Monday for Tuesday's production. Larger volume means a longer day, smaller volume a quick ship day. Our day does not end until orders have been completed and shipped out the door.

Due to our location here in the great Smokey Mountains the nearest ship facility is our local Pack & Ship. Once packages have been delivered there, they must then wait to be picked up by USPS. Please note that the tracking/confirmation numbers are not good until the package has been scanned in USPS computers and the information posts to their website. This can take up to 24 hours after you receive your confirmation number for it to give real time information about your package. It has always been and will continue to be our goal to ensure customers are happy with their product and satisfied with our services even when things are beyond our control.

Returns Policy

We take our customer service very seriously, so if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, encounter a problem with proper fit or ordered the wrong grips please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return shipping is at the cost of the customer, is not refundable and is evaluated on a case by case basis depending on the issue at hand. In most cases of a manufacturing defect we do not require return shipping.

If the problem is a result of ordering the wrong grips, not following proper care instruction or decide you do not like the grips buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please read the description before you purchase! This helps to avoid any issues with fit. Each item includes photos and as much detail as possible to assist you with making the right choice for your frames. If you are unsure then contact us first before completing the transaction. Please remember that these grips are hand crafted by us here in the United States and we may not catch every defect.

If an item is damaged or otherwise defective we will attempt to replace or give you a full refund. We love getting feedback and we enjoy giving it! Your satisfaction is the greatest reward for us and we always try our best to meet our customers' needs.
